This Parc Esta apartment takes thematic design to the next level with a bold, Star Wars-inspired transformation. A black and wood palette sets the tone, creating a sleek yet warm interior that reflects the franchise’s futuristic aesthetic.
Custom cabinetry, designed with subtle nods to the saga, adds both character and storage. The TV panel, positioned beneath the staircase, not only serves as a sleek entertainment feature but also cleverly conceals a newly created storage room, which is accessed through the balcony—maximizing every inch of available space.
Maximizing space was key—introducing a mezzanine study made use of vertical height, and converting the balcony into a dining area extended functionality year-round. By repurposing one of the bedrooms, the layout feels more open, allowing for a seamless flow between spaces. Balancing theme with practicality, the result is a home that feels curated yet livable, with every detail thoughtfully executed.
